CLINICAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Orrum’s survey team will conduct a mock, on-site internal audit, reviewing all Joint Commission Elements of Performance, DNV/NIAHO Standards, and HFAP Standards based on your facility accreditation to ensure adherence and compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation.
