ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
Under guidance from physicians, nurses, perfusionists, and other healthcare professionals, your team will learn critical skills in a safe, nurturing environment. At a location of your choice or our state-of-the-art simulation facility, you’ll cover a range of theoretical and practical content to optimize your team’s effectiveness in highly specific clinical situations.
Patient safety is our priority. Using competencies, Root Cause Analysis, process redesign, equipment testing and protocol proof of concept techniques, we allow teams to understand, conceptualize, and practice scenarios prior to patient encounters. You and your team will receive detailed feedback and debriefing, with a focus on improving teamwork, communication, and improve patient outcomes.
